Terms of Service

1. I only accept payment via my official Payment Gateways.
2. Payment must be paid upfront.
3. No refunds once the work is beyond the sketch/roughs stage.
4. I accept rush fees for tight deadlines. The fee is negotiable and depends on the deadline.
5. I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.
6. Please provide reference images, especially for character design.
7. I reserve the right to use commissioned work, including for portfolio and display/showcase purposes.
8. I have the right to stream and/or record the creation of the artwork.
9. When sharing and using the commissioned artwork, you must credit me by tagging/linking to me.
10. You may not modify the artwork outside of cropping/resizing. (can be negotiated, but only in very special cases)
11. You may not remove my signature from the work.
12. You may not use the commissioned piece for NFTs, crypto, or AI training.
